MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Manufacturer: £920.00
Distributor, single branch: £350.00
Distributor, multi branch: £920.00
Buying Group: £1,100.00 minimum, exact fee will be advised once buying group member number is known (individual full membership per member £150.00)
Associate membership £550.00
Operator £650.00
All membership fees plus VAT

Annual subscriptions run from 1 January to 31 December. If joining during the year then the next annual subscription is discounted by the number of months unused from the year of joining.

It is understood that all FPA membership applicants have read and agreed to adhere to the FPA Code of Practice.  We request members ensure all Directors and colleagues are aware that their company must strictly adhere to the Code of Practice as a condition of FPA membership

TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

The following terms and conditions apply to attendance at all Foodservice Packaging Association Events:

Members may apply for tickets to events provided their membership fee has been paid in full
Application and payment must be made in line with the conditions advertised by event
Payment for tickets to FPA events must be made within the date specified on the invoice. Tickets will not be sent unless the invoice for the event has been paid in full. Queries regarding invoices must be notified within 5 working days of the invoice date otherwise you accept the invoice is valid and will be paid before the date specified
Applications to attend events are considered binding and the FPA is unable to cancel the booking once the event invoice has been despatched. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
Certain events will be restricted to a predetermined number of tickets per member company, tickets will be allocated according to the procedure advertised

As detailed in the FPA Code of Practice strict observance to competition laws must be adhered to both in the letter of the law and in the spirit of the law when attending FPA events and meetings.
YOU AND YOUR COLLEAGUES AND GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO SIGN IN TO ALL MEETINGS. THE PARAGRAPH BELOW IS SHOWN ON THE SIGN IN SHEET AND YOUR SIGNATURE CONFIRMS YOUR AGREEMENT TO ITS TERMS AS A CONDITION OF ATTENDING THE MEETING

In order to comply with competition law and encourage fair competition,  Foodservice Packaging Association members, while attending this meeting, confirm that no discussions or exchanges of information will take place on competitively sensitive issues such as prices paid for or charged for products or services, production, transportation rates, market procedures or future plans with respect to these issues. This agreement applies to both the formal meeting and to the informal gatherings surrounding it. Please note the above list is not exhaustive. Your signature above confirms your agreement to the above terms and to adhere to the FPA Code of Practice as a condition of attending this meeting / event.

WHERE IT IS NOT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE TO SIGN IN TO EVENTS SUCH AS THE AWARDS AND HOUSE OF COMMONS LUNCH THEN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH IS DEEMED TO APPLY TO ALL MEMBERS, COLLEAGUES AND THEIR GUESTS WHO ARE ATTENDING AND ADHERENCE TO ITS TERMS IS A CONDITION OF SALE FOR EVERY EVENT. THE PURCHASE OF ALL TICKETS IS SUBJECT TO FPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHICH THE ABOVE IS A PART.

We request you advise your guests of the above term regarding competition and you are asked to ensure they abide by these terms.

Member site visits and meetings held in members’ premises

Through the generosity of the members, we are invited to visit their business premises to gain an insight into the industry or use as a venue for meetings. At the discretion of hosts there may be restrictions as to who can visit the location due to commercial restraints. Should this be the case, advance notice to members will be given to members. Where meetings and events are held in members’ premises strict adherence to competition laws as detailed below and in further detail in the Code of Practice applies and agreement is a condition of attendance at such meetings.

USE OF FPA LOGO

The FPA logo can be used by members of the FPA in their stationery, web site and social media provided their membership fee is paid in full during the calendar year that they are using the logo.
