Annual subscriptions are collected in January. If joining during the year then the next annual subscription is discounted by the number of months unused from the year of joining.

It is understood that all FPA membership applicants have read and agreed to adhere to the FPA Code of Practice


The following terms and conditions apply to attendance at all Foodservice Packaging Association Events:

Members may apply for tickets to events provided their membership fee has been paid in full
Application and payment must be made in line with the conditions advertised by event
Payment for tickets to FPA events must be made within the date specified on the invoice. Tickets will not be sent unless the invoice for the event has been paid in full
Applications to attend events are considered binding and the FPA is unable to cancel the booking once the event invoice has been despatched
Certain events will be restricted to a predetermined number of tickets per member company, tickets will be allocated according to the procedure advertised

As detailed in the FPA Code of Practice strict observance to completion laws must be adhered to when attending FPA events and meetings. It is a condition of purchase of tickets for FPA Events that Members will not, in fact or appearance, discuss or exchange information not in conformity with competition law including:
Transportation rates
Market procedures

Member site visits and meetings held in members’ premises

Through the generosity of the members, we are invited to visit their business premises to gain an insight into the industry or use as a venue for meetings. At the discretion of hosts there may be restrictions as to who can visit the location due to commercial restraints. Should this be the case, advance notice to members will be given to members.


The FPA logo can be used by members of the FPA in their stationery, web site and social media provided their membership fee is paid in full during the calendar year that they are using the logo.
