How do I get to the venue?
Both the Awards Exhibition and the Awards Evening are held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton. The full address is 97-99 King's Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 2FW. You can visit the hotel website here: https://www.grandbrighton.co.uk
Where can I park?
There is no parking at the Grand Hotel unless you are a sponsor and have been allocated a parking space - these are very limited. There is no parking at the Maldron. The nearest NCP car park is a short walk away at NCP Russell Road BN1 2DX and you can prebook parking
Guests at the Maldron can access a discount at the NCP car park by downloading the NCP app and entering code MHXTAZ4D. The nearest car park to the hotel is the NCP Brighton Centre, located on Russell Road, which is adjacent to our hotel entrance. You can only access Russell Road from West Street and not from Cannon Place due to the one-way system.
What is the dress code?

Which Hotel am I booked into?
We have arranged accommodation at the Grand Hotel at £195 pppn,& the Maldron Hotel at £145 pppn, both including breakfast. Price excludes VAT. Your booker will have received confirmation of which hotel you are booked in but if you are unsure please contact Lisa@foodservicepackaging.org.uk

Can I attend the Award Exhibition in the afternoon without having tickets for the Awards Evening?
Yes, all are welcome to attend the FPA Awards Exhibition.
What time can I check into my room?
Check-in at the Grand Hotel & The Maldron is from 4pm.
What is included in the ticket price?
Entry to the afternoon exhibition, afternoon tea, cocktails on arrival, an excellent three-course meal with wine, after-dinner coffee, all entertainment including Casino and Entertainment, and midnight snacks are all included in the dinner ticket price of £285. This includes a £10 raffle ticket donation to WasteAid. Price excludes VAT.
What are the maximum and minimum number of tickets I can purchase?
No minimum or maximum restriction on tickets. Please note the Grand Hotel sells out very quickly.
How do I book the Hairdresser or Make-up Artist?

I'm exhibiting - what time can I set up?
You are able to access the exhibition room from 1pm at the earliest.
