FPA 2026 Environment Seminar

The FPA is committed to helping attract, develop and retain the next generation of talent within the foodservice packaging sector.

At this year’s Environment Seminar we will launch FPA Young Emerging Professionals (YEP) – an initiative designed to give younger people working within our member businesses greater opportunities to learn, build their professional networks, engage with industry leaders and contribute their own perspectives to the issues shaping the future of our sector.

YEP has been developed to complement and support the Packaging Federation’s wider work to encourage young people into packaging and help emerging talent build rewarding long-term careers within the industry. By creating opportunities specifically within the foodservice packaging community, we hope to contribute to that broader industry-wide effort and help ensure the sector continues to attract the skills, ideas and leadership it will need in the years ahead.

To mark the launch, the FPA is making 10 complimentary places at the 2026 Environment Seminar available to Young Emerging Professionals nominated by FPA member companies.

Those selected will have the opportunity to participate in a day of discussion covering some of the biggest environmental, regulatory and technological issues facing packaging, meet colleagues from across the sector and hear directly from industry, government and policy experts.
